What is NAET?

Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques, also known as NAET, is a non-invasive, drug-free, natural solution to eliminate allergies of all types and intensities using a blend of selective energy balancing, testing and treatment procedures from acupuncture/acupressure, chiropractic, nutritional, and kinesiological disciplines of medicine. One allergen is desensitised at a time, with basic essential nutrients treated first during the first few visits.

How does it work?

Treatment consists of muscle testing and spinal acupressure. The theory behind NAET is that allergies are a result of energy blockages in the body caused by contact with the offending substances. NAET releases the blockages and reprograms the body so it learns not to react to the allergen as a threat.
